Returns and exchanges

Ready-made, non-personalized items: you can request a return within the statutory period from delivery if the item is in its original condition.

Items personalized with your name or made to your specifications are not returnable for change of mind, because they were made for you.

If an item arrives defective or differs from the specification you ordered, we reprint it or refund it in full — personalized items included.

To report a problem, send your order number and a photo of the piece within 7 days of delivery.
